By accessing and using the A Beautiful Mind AI website and related software/tools ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

A Beautiful Mind AI is a quantitative trading software company. We provide software and informational tools for financial markets (including crypto, forex, stocks, ETFs, indices and commodities). The portfolio may include:

• Pro Suite Indicator (TradingView) — available on request

• Dynascale Adaptive Progressive Strategy (DAPS) — available on request

The Service provides software and informational/educational tools only. It is not investment advice and we do not manage your funds. TurnPoint is offered on its dedicated product site; other tools are available on request under scoped commercial terms.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information where required for contact, access, or licensing
• Maintain the security of your accounts and credentials (email, Telegram, TradingView, exchange APIs where applicable)
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share, sell, or distribute proprietary indicators, strategies, or code unless a commercial license expressly allows it
• Take full responsibility for your trading decisions and risk

TurnPoint is the live product with commercial terms (retail and/or institutional) published or requested on turnpoint.pro. Other portfolio products may be offered on request: access, licensing, or integration are quoted and documented case by case.

Where payment is due for digital software or licensing, the specific terms (price, duration, delivery channel, any trial) are those of the applicable product or commercial agreement. Absent a different written agreement, there is no public checkout on abeautifulmind.ai for on-request products.

7. Refunds

For TurnPoint, the product refund/cancellation policies on turnpoint.pro and related purchase channels apply. For on-request engagements (licensing/access), refunds follow the written agreement terms. Trading losses, dissatisfaction with market results, or change of mind after using the software do not by themselves entitle you to a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, indicators, strategies, algorithms, and materials provided by A Beautiful Mind AI are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use our services as permitted. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maurizio Dalco and A Beautiful Mind AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee profits or protection from losses. Your trading decisions and outcomes are your sole responsibility.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For active commercial engagements we will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, share invite-only access improperly, or use the Service in ways that harm the operator or other users.
